| Welcome to our website with details of our spanish villas. We are offering for sale two spanish properties with large plots situated close to Alora north of Malaga on the Costa del Sol. This region is also known as Andalucia with beautiful mountain and coastal scenery. The yachting harbours of Marbella and Benalmadena are only an hours drive or so away and there are golf courses everywhere. From these two properties, you can drive to the Sierra Navada ski resort in under 2 hours. Gibralta is a similar distance. |
The properties are surrounded by hills. We took the picture below from the top of one of these hills which look down on the properties. The view is north and shows the new high speed railway from Madrid to Malaga which takes around 2 hours. Properties like these are now difficult to find because as development advances, you need to travel further along dusty tracks into the hills. It is not unusual to have to travel 15km from the nearest tarmac road. These properties are just 3km from a main road. |

This may sound a little far fetched at the moment due to the depreciation of Sterling against the Euro in recent months which has increased the number of £s required to purchase the Euros. However the owners are going to repatriate the purchase funds into the UK and will make an equivalent gain to the purchasers loss.
